IMS started trading in 1989 and over the years has built
the most comprehensive range of services in the media
access arena. A key ingredient of this success has been
our dedication to providing an industry-leading service.
We believe passionate people deliver great service and
IMS is proud of the creative contribution its employee
team have made to the success of the company so far.
But we never forget that this philosophy will only be
successful in the future if we continue to deliver value
to our clients and business partners. So having established
a solid foundation for our business we wanted to take
things to a new and dynamic level of expansion and growth.
IMS - the future
This next stage of the evolution of our business began
on 24th June 2004 when we successfully floated Independent Media Support Group PLC on the Alternative Investment
Market (AIM). Commenting on the flotation Sylvia Sheridan
OBE, founder and now Executive Chairman of IMS said;
“We have decided to float the business in
order to further establish ourselves as the UK’s
first choice for media access services. IMS has a long
history of innovation within its market place and this
latest venture will allow us to continue to provide
the very best in service and support to our clients
whilst also providing a healthy capital base with which
to continue our ambitious expansion plans both here
in the UK and in new exciting international markets”.
