BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mark Robinson
(Managing Director)
With over 10 years' experience in the media access services industry, Mark is well equipped to take on overall and day-to-day responsibility for the IMS Group's infrastructure, including all traffic, technical, engineering and IT aspects of the company.

John Reiss FCA
(Non-executive Chairman)
John Reiss qualified with Price Waterhouse as a chartered accountant before holding senior financial management positions in industry with companies including Union Carbide, Fisons, Arcadia and Thorn EMI. Since 1986 he has advised many media businesses on financing and strategy, including IMS. He is currently executive chairman of and an investor in several companies, including entertainment PR agency Premier Public Relations, film industry market researcher First Research International and post-production house Dubbs Limited. He is Chairman of national charity Missing People

Jock Rumgay ACA
(Finance Director and Company Secretary)
Jock qualified with Nyman Libson Paul as a Chartered Accountant before joining The Sanctuary Group as Financial Controller of its Screen Division. He joined IMS as Financial Controller in 2001 and was appointed Finance Director in 2008. He has overall responsibility for all financial and legal aspects of the company.

SENIOR MANAGEMENT

James Gardner (Operations Director)
James has worked in the subtitling industry for 12 years. He was one of the first subtitlers to produce live subtitling on GMTV news, developed multilingual subtitling for MGM's first DVD releases and has managed a subtitling company in Paris.

Jeff Malina - C.ENG MIEE
(Technology Director)
Worked at Channel 4 for 12 years as Senior Project Manager delivering and supporting broadcast business and playout systems. More recently as Director with The Hampermill Consultancy providing project and programme management and business consultancy to media companies.

Sylvia Huebner
(Head of Translation and New Media)
Sylvia has been managing the IMS Translation Department since August 2000. From a linguistic and IT background, her previous experience in the translation industry includes three years at Wordbank Ltd and one year at SDL International.

Naz Zoberi
(Commercials Operations Manager)
Naz has been with IMS since 1995 and has over ten years’ experience in commercials subtitling. She is responsible for the overall running of the commercials department.

Veronika Hyks
(Head of Audio Description)
Veronika is a TV and radio broadcaster and journalist with 12 years’ experience in the field of audio description. She compiled the ITC Guidelines for Audio Description and is now a nationally accredited A/D trainer
